Water is the most important and beneficial for a healthy lifestyle,but the thing is that not every person is aware of the fact that how much water one should drink a day to stay healthy and fit.

On the basis of these parameters you will get a number in liters that shows how much water is required for your body a day. I am going to give you an example. As a general rule, you can use this simple calculation. Water (in liters) to drink a day = Your Weight (in Kg) multiplied by 0.033. For example, if you are 55kg, you should drink about 1.80 liters of water daily.

Proper Way to Drink Water

Most people didn’t know how to drink water properly. Drinking water properly is very important because if a person doesn’t drink water properly then he will not be able to achieve the proper benefit from it.

First of all you have to make a schedule for drinking water on a daily basis then, you have to follow the instructions given by me on how to drink water properly. Position of the body is very important during drinking water. Follow the steps given below,

  • Take a small sips 
  • Try to make some gap between sips
  • Use a glass and glow slow

You have to relax your whole body then take a deep breath. After that take water and start drinking slowly with minor sips.Try to drink it in 3 steps , this will help you to digest water properly.
